The full form of ASPC in administration is Assam Public Service Commission. The Assam Public Service Commission (ASPC) was established under the provisions of the Constitution of India in April 1937. It is an autonomous body responsible for conducting recruitment examinations to select suitable candidates for various posts in the state’s civil service.
The main objectives of this commission are to provide a fair and impartial system of selection and appointment, maintain high standards of integrity, objectivity and impartiality in the selection process and ensure that only competent and suitable persons are selected for public service in the state.
